Please find the safety test below. All questions are in True/False, Multiple Choice, and Fill-In-the-Blank formats. Fill-In-the-Blank questions will be only one word answers. 

If you would like to save the test and come back and complete later, click the "SAVE & COMPLETE LATER" button at the bottom.

When you are finished with your test and wish to turn it in, check the confirmation box at the bottom which will activate the "SUBMIT TEST" button. Next click on the blue "SUBMIT TEST"  button and the system will lock the test and calculate your score. You will receive an e-mail with the your results. If you pass, the email will contain your Safety Test Number and Safety Test Certificate.
