New Certification and Recertification Instructions:
Step 1. Club Owner and Renewing Coaches - There are two ways to register and obtain a Test Access Key.
If you are the Club Owner, you can login and go to the MY MEMBERSHIP -> My Coaches page. If a coach shows a Safety Certification in a PENDING or EXPIRED status then you will see a button at the bottom of the coach record titled "Safety Certification Required". Click this button to register and pay for the coach so he or she can access and take the test. Make sure that the coaches email is entered correctly as they will be sent the Access Key.
If you are a coach with an Expired Safety Certificate and would like to renew without having the Club Owner login and register for you then you can go to RESOURCES - > Safety Certification Numbers page, find your name, and then select the "Renew Now" button next to your name. The "Renew Now" button will only show if your Safety Certification is expired.
Step 2. Download and Study Materials
Before taking the test make sure that you have studied the Safety Manual, Safety Rules and Sample Forms. All of these materials are downloadable below.
Step 3. Enter your Access Key below and begin testing.
Enter your specific Access Key that was emailed to you to begin taking the test. If you do not recall your access Key then ask your club owner as he or she can access it on their My Coaches page. The test is open book so please feel free to use the downloaded materials above. You are able to save the test and come back if you are not able to test all in one sitting. Once you finalize and submit the test it will lock the test for grading and immediately return your results. You are required to obtain a score of 85 or higher to pass. If you do no pass then you will be required to pay, obtain a new Access Key and take the test again.
